Privacy Notice
Effective Date: July 22, 2026
Draft — Not Legal Advice
This Notice is a working draft prepared by MinMax Holdings and has not yet been reviewed by a licensed attorney. It is published now so that visitors have a clear, accurate description of our current practices ahead of that review.
This page explains what happens to the legal name, institutional email, and direct line you submit through the Project Fulton waitlist on this site — what we collect, why, where it is stored, how long we keep it, and how to reach us about it.
Scope of This Notice
This Notice describes how MinMax Holdings LLC handles the personal information collected through the Project Fulton early-access waitlist on this website. It does not cover the Project Fulton mobile application, which — once available — is governed by its own, separate privacy policy addressing account data, location services, in-app purchases, and AI-generated content. It also does not cover MinMax Holdings' other internal business tools.
Who We Are
MinMax Holdings LLC ("MinMax," "we," "us," or "our") is an Illinois limited liability company and the controller of the personal information described in this Notice. You can reach us at [email protected].
What We Collect
When you submit the waitlist form, we collect exactly the three fields you provide: your legal name, your institutional email address, and your direct line. We do not ask for, and the form does not collect, payment information, government identifiers, or any other category of personal information.
Why We Collect It
We use this information for a single purpose: to evaluate your interest in, and to contact you about, early access to Project Fulton. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to that evaluation.
No Cookies — One Bot-Check Exception
This website does not use cookies, analytics, or any third-party tracking or advertising script. The one exception is Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-detection widget embedded in the waitlist form to prevent automated abuse. When you submit the form, Turnstile processes signals such as your IP address and device/browser characteristics to tell a human submission apart from a bot; it is not used to identify you personally or to track you across other sites. Turnstile is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. and is governed by Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.
Where Your Information Is Stored
Submissions are stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted in the United States, in a project used solely for this website and isolated from every other MinMax system. The site itself is served through Cloudflare’s network. If we contact you by email, that correspondence runs through Google Workspace. Supabase, Cloudflare, and Google Workspace are the only parties who process this data on our behalf. We do not use any other email-sending or marketing service to handle waitlist submissions; an unused, unconnected email-alert function exists in our codebase but does not receive or process any waitlist data today.
Retention
We keep waitlist submissions for up to 24 months from the date you submit them, or until you ask us to delete your information sooner, whichever comes first. If we begin a direct conversation with you about access during that period, we retain what we need for that conversation for as long as it continues, plus a reasonable follow-up period. At the end of the retention period, we delete the record.
No Sale or Sharing
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are used under the California Consumer Privacy Act or similar laws.
Your Rights
You may ask us to (a) tell you what information we hold about you, (b) correct it, or (c) delete it. Because this is a business-contact intake rather than a consumer product account, we handle these requests directly: email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Information you submit travels to us over an encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection and is stored behind access controls that restrict who and what can read it — the database is not directly reachable by the public. There is no separate client-side encryption step; if anything elsewhere suggests otherwise, this Notice controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Notice
We may update this Notice as our practices change. We will update the effective date below when we do. This is a working draft pending attorney review — see the notice at the top of this page.
